both of these images are oil on canvas. lots of times i would cover a piece with dots after i wasnt able to make it work. the top piece is small, 24 x 24, and this was worked very little. the background is just a wash and i worked the dots over it while it was still wet. the lower piece is 5ft x 8 ft on unstretched canvas. i would work from the sides, moving from one side to the other and working the piece uniformly. i like this one because it is more layered.
