this piece was completed mid july, its acrylic on masonite and measures 4 ft x 4 ft. from start to finish it took about two weeks... i havent thought of a title, thats usually the last thing on my mind. i tried to keep the composition as simple as possible and fought the urge to go too detailed in the hair, i have a tendency to overwork swirled areas... theres an air of haughtiness about her and a slightly insane glint to her eyes... and i think that contrasts nicely w the nice relaxed feeling the swaying hair and limited palette bring. word!
